1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the OCT24.ai platform (“Platform”, “OCT24”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

By accessing, registering, or using OCT24.ai, users agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.

2. Platform Overview

OCT24.ai is a technology platform designed around the concept of “One Click Trading” and AI-powered automation tools.

The Platform provides users with access to digital tools, automation systems, algorithmic interfaces, monitoring features, workflow configurations, and platform-related technology services.

OCT24.ai does not provide:

• Financial advice
• Investment advice
• Brokerage services
• Asset management services
• Fiduciary services
• Guaranteed financial products

Users acknowledge that the Platform is a technology environment intended to assist with user-controlled automated interactions and platform experiences.

3. Beta Platform Status

Users acknowledge and understand that OCT24.ai is currently operating in an active Beta development phase.

The Platform infrastructure, features, systems, user interface, automation tools, withdrawal systems, integrations, and operational structure may continue evolving, changing, updating, or expanding over time.

The official Phase 1 public launch of OCT24.ai began on May 1st.

The Platform development roadmap currently includes:

• Phase 1 — Core Platform Launch
• Phase 2 — Expanded Infrastructure & Advanced Features
• Phase 3 — Ecosystem Optimization & Scaling

Future plans may include mobile applications, expanded integrations, infrastructure upgrades, and additional platform services.

By using the Platform during its Beta phase, users acknowledge that certain functions, features, or systems may change without prior notice.

4. Company Registration & Operational Structure

Users acknowledge that OCT24.ai is currently in a platform development and infrastructure expansion stage.

Corporate registration structures, jurisdictions, legal entities, operational regions, and future licensing considerations may be finalized or updated based on future operational, technical, compliance, or regulatory requirements.

The current availability of the Platform does not represent or imply that OCT24.ai is licensed as a financial institution, broker, investment company, or regulated financial advisor unless explicitly stated otherwise in future official documentation.

5. No Financial Guarantees

OCT24.ai does not guarantee:

• Profits
• Trading success
• Positive returns
• Specific outcomes
• Performance consistency
• Financial growth

All platform activities involve uncertainty, market volatility, technical variables, and user-controlled decisions.

Users acknowledge that:

• Both profit and loss are possible
• Past activity does not guarantee future outcomes
• Market conditions may change unpredictably
• Users assume full responsibility for all decisions and platform activity

Any examples, demonstrations, visual content, user experiences, or promotional materials displayed on the Platform or social media should not be interpreted as guarantees of future performance.

6. User Responsibility

Users maintain full responsibility over:

• Account activity
• Automated feature activation
• System configurations
• Trading-related interactions
• Security settings
• Asset management decisions

All actions performed on the Platform are initiated, controlled, and confirmed by the user.

Users are solely responsible for evaluating risks before using any automation or AI-powered features.

7. Asset Control & Withdrawals

OCT24.ai is designed around user accessibility and user-controlled asset interaction.

The Platform does not operate a permanent internal asset freezing model as part of its standard system structure.

Users maintain access to withdrawal functionality based on:

• Account Level
• Security verification status
• Operational requirements
• Technical availability

Withdrawal processing times may vary depending on:

• Blockchain network conditions
• Security reviews
• Operational load
• Verification status
• Third-party infrastructure performance

OCT24.ai does not guarantee uninterrupted, instant, or always-available withdrawals.

The Platform reserves the right to apply temporary security measures, verification requests, transaction reviews, or operational limitations when reasonably necessary for system protection, fraud prevention, compliance requirements, or platform integrity.

8. Account Levels

Certain platform functionalities, including withdrawal limits or feature accessibility, may depend on a user’s Account Level.

Account Levels may be calculated using internal criteria including:

• Platform activity
• System interaction
• Usage behavior
• Verification status
• Security history
• Operational metrics

OCT24.ai reserves the right to modify Account Level structures, requirements, or benefits at any time.

9. Security & Verification

Users are responsible for maintaining:

• Password confidentiality
• Device security
• Account access protection
• Two-factor authentication where available

OCT24.ai may request identity verification (KYC), anti-fraud checks, or additional verification measures when necessary to protect platform integrity and user accounts.

Failure to complete requested verification procedures may affect account functionality.

10. Payments & Fees

Certain Platform features may require activation fees, subscription fees, service payments, or other usage-related costs.

All applicable fees are presented before activation or payment confirmation.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law:

• Payments are non-refundable
• Completed transactions are considered final
• Users are responsible for reviewing payment information before confirmation

11. Third-Party Services

The Platform may integrate with or rely on third-party systems, providers, APIs, blockchain networks, cloud services, analytics tools, or infrastructure services.

OCT24.ai is not responsible for:

• Third-party outages
• External service interruptions
• Blockchain congestion
• API failures
• Network delays
• Third-party operational issues

Users acknowledge that external infrastructure may affect platform performance.

12. Referral Program

OCT24.ai may offer a Referral Program that enables eligible users ("Referrers") to invite new users to the Platform through a unique referral link provided within their account.

For the purpose of this section:

• "Referrer" means a user who shares their referral link.
• "Referral" means a user who registers through a Referrer's referral link.

A Referrer may become eligible to receive referral commissions when a referred user registers through the Referrer’s referral link and completes qualifying activities as determined by OCT24.ai.

Referral commissions, qualification criteria, commission rates, earning mechanisms, and payout structures are determined solely by OCT24.ai and may vary depending on the products, services, campaigns, promotional activities, user activity, or other operational factors in effect at the relevant time.

Referral commissions are earned based on qualifying Platform activity and are not dependent upon whether a referred user generates profits, incurs losses, achieves specific results, or experiences any particular outcome while using the Platform.

All referral commissions are credited to the Referrer’s referral balance once earned and approved by OCT24.ai. While OCT24.ai may process referral commissions automatically under normal operating conditions, OCT24.ai does not guarantee uninterrupted, real-time, or immediate commission calculation, approval, or crediting.

Referral commissions are maintained separately from the user's main account balance. Users must manually initiate a referral commission transfer or cash-out request through the Referral section of the Platform. Once successfully transferred, the commission amount may become available within the user's main account balance, subject to applicable verification requirements, withdrawal policies, account limitations, compliance reviews, and operational procedures.

Users are strictly prohibited from creating, controlling, operating, benefiting from, or coordinating multiple accounts for the purpose of generating referral commissions, self-referrals, artificial activity, commission manipulation, referral abuse, or any activity intended to improperly influence or exploit the Referral Program.

OCT24.ai reserves the unrestricted right to review, investigate, audit, suspend, reverse, adjust, withhold, reject, or cancel referral commissions and referral-related activity where OCT24.ai reasonably believes that such activity may be abusive, fraudulent, deceptive, artificial, coordinated, misleading, unlawful, or otherwise inconsistent with the intended purpose of the Referral Program.

Any account suspected of referral abuse, self-referrals, multiple-account activity, commission manipulation, fraudulent conduct, or violations of these Terms may be restricted, suspended, terminated, permanently banned, or otherwise limited without prior notice and at OCT24.ai's sole discretion.

Users acknowledge and agree that referral statistics, commission balances, commission history, referral performance data, referral network information, and related metrics displayed within the Platform are provided for informational purposes only. OCT24.ai does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, availability, or uninterrupted display of such information and may modify, remove, or limit access to referral-related information at any time.

OCT24.ai reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to modify, amend, suspend, restrict, discontinue, replace, or terminate any aspect of the Referral Program, including but not limited to commission rates, qualification requirements, payout mechanisms, eligibility criteria, referral structures, promotional incentives, operational rules, and referral-related benefits.

Participation in the Referral Program constitutes the user's full acceptance of these Terms, as well as any additional referral-related policies, requirements, guidelines, operational rules, or compliance measures that OCT24.ai may establish, modify, or enforce from time to time.

13. White-Label Services

OCT24.ai may provide technology infrastructure or white-label solutions to third-party partners.

Partners operating under white-label agreements are independently responsible for:

• Their users
• Operations
• Compliance obligations
• User communications
• Regional legal responsibilities

OCT24.ai acts solely as a technology provider in such arrangements.

14. Platform Availability

OCT24.ai does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free platform availability.

The Platform may:

• Undergo maintenance
• Experience technical interruptions
• Receive infrastructure upgrades
• Modify features or services
• Temporarily suspend certain functionality

without prior notice where necessary.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, OCT24.ai, its operators, developers, affiliates, contractors, partners, or service providers shall not be liable for:

• Financial losses
• Trading losses
• Indirect damages
• Loss of opportunity
• Data loss
• Platform interruptions
• User decisions
• Third-party failures
• Technical malfunctions

Users access and use the Platform entirely at their own risk.

16. Prohibited Activities

Users agree not to:

• Abuse platform systems
• Attempt unauthorized access
• Exploit vulnerabilities
• Engage in fraudulent activity
• Use automated abuse tools
• Manipulate platform infrastructure
• Violate applicable laws or regulations

OCT24.ai reserves the right to suspend or restrict accounts involved in abusive or harmful behavior.

17. Changes to Terms

OCT24.ai reserves the right to modify, update, or revise these Terms at any time.

Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Users are encouraged to review the Terms periodically.
